This Privacy Policy describes how JP&AP Enterprises ("Acai Republic," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use our mobile application (the "App") and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read this policy carefully. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described below.
When you register for or use our Service, we may collect:
Full name
Email address
Phone number
Date of birth (used to send birthday promotions)
Account login credentials
When you use the App, we automatically collect certain technical data, including:
Device type and operating system
IP address and browser type
Pages visited, time spent, and interaction data within the App
Unique device identifiers and diagnostic data
With your prior permission, we may collect location data to help you find nearby Acai Republic locations and to personalize your experience. You may disable location access at any time through your device settings.
If you choose to register or log in via Google, Facebook, or Twitter, we may receive information already associated with your account on those platforms, such as your name, email address, and profile photo. You control what additional information you share through these services.
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
To create and manage your account and provide access to the Service.
To process transactions and fulfill your orders.
To send you birthday promotions and special offers on or around your birthday, based on the date of birth you provide.
To send you periodic promotional communications, including special offers, new products, and seasonal campaigns. You may opt out of these communications at any time (see Section 5 below).
To send you service-related communications such as security updates, App changes, and support responses.
To improve and personalize the App experience through usage data analysis.
To comply with applicable laws and protect our legal rights.
If you provide your date of birth, we will use it solely to send you a birthday promotion or special offer around the time of your birthday. This is a benefit of your Acai Republic account.
From time to time, we may send you promotional emails about new offerings, limited-time deals, and other news from Acai Republic. These communications are sent in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act and similar applicable laws.
You may unsubscribe from our promotional and periodic marketing emails at any time by:
Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link included at the bottom of every marketing email we send, or
Sending an email to marketing@acairepublic.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe" and your name and email address in the body.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your opt-out request to be processed. Note that even after opting out of marketing emails, you may still receive transactional or account-related communications.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.
We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
We work with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery). These providers access your information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
If Acai Republic is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Acai Republic, our users, or the public.
We may share your information for other purposes when you have given us your explicit consent to do so.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may also retain data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Usage data is generally retained for shorter periods unless required for security or legal purposes.
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Right to request deletion of your personal information.
Right to opt out of the sale of personal information (note: we do not sell your data).

If you would like us to delete your personal data from our systems, please send a written request to info@acairepublic.com. Your request must include your account username and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request in accordance with applicable law.
Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us immediately at info@acairepublic.com and we will take steps to delete that information.
The App may contain links to external websites not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice in the App prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
